This is due to the interaction of Tea Tree Oil (a highly active ingredient) that may seep through the rubber dispenser pump. The interaction of the tea tree oil with the oxygen may cause white crystals to form. This does not affect the quality and performance of the product.
We recommend wiping off the fine white crystals with a damp tissue.
